Our policy lasts 7 calendar days from the time that your order arrives. If 7 days have passed since your purchase arrived, then unfortunately we cannot accept your return.
Products are eligible for a refund/return if they do not arrive within 60 business days from your shipping notification date or if they arrive faulty or visibly damaged. Photographic evidence and a valid proof of purchase will be required.
Products may only be refunded/returned under the above circumstances.
If you are unsatisfied with the product that you purchased upon receiving it but it is not damaged or faulty, then you may be eligible for a full or partial store credit. The credit will be provided in the form of a discount code for use when ordering through our website.
The disbursement of refunds and store credit is subject to the approval of our customer support team at
and is in no way guaranteed. In cases of approval, where applicable, a return address will be provided by our support team.

Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Goods
Only regular-priced items may be returned and refunded. Unfortunately, sale products and promotional items cannot be returned or refunded. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition and packaging that you received it in.
Certain types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishables such as food, flowers, newspapers, and magazines cannot be returned. We also don’t accept products such as intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable items. Gift cards, software products, and health or personal care items are other non-returnable items.
Refunds (If Applicable)
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted. For example, if books are returned with obvious signs of use or CDs, DVDs, video games, cassette tapes, vinyl records, or software products, etc., have been opened (plastic packaging has been tampered with or removed), then our company may approve a partial refund.
Late or Missing Refunds (If Applicable)
If you have not yet received a refund that we have approved and agreed to process, then

2. Contact your credit card company. It can take time before your refund is officially posted.

Exchanges (If Applicable)
We only replace products if they are defective or visibly damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange the product/s that you received, then please email us at

Depending on where you live in the world, the time that it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are shipping an item exceeding the value of US$75, then you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Order Cancellations & Changes
Once an order has been placed through our website, your products are
automatically submitted for fulfillment and thus the order cannot be cancelled or altered. It is not possible to make changes to product sizes, colors, and styles, etc., so please be careful when ordering and ensure that you select the correct options during checkout.
Your shipping address and contact information may be changed up until the point that your order ships. Once your order has shipped and is in transit, then we are no longer able to make changes to your shipping address or contact information. Again, please be careful when entering information during the checkout process on our website.
